Safety and Environment

 Magna Machine Shop has a firm commitment in conducting its' activities in a way that will safeguard the health and safety of the employees, contractors, visitors, the public, as well as protecting the environment. This commitment is reflected in the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of our Safety Program.

 Magna Machine Shop has devoted a significant amount of attention to establishing a certified Safety Program. As a result, our company holds a Certificate of Recognition (COR), the standard safety certification for Alberta industry.

 Magna will ensure that all employees participate in all safety and related training that is necessary. The training will include, but is not limited to: new hire safety orientations, job specific training, safety training & courses, and trade specific training & certification.
